Runic Conferences: Announcements and Reports

Every five years an international runic symposium is held. In 2005 this meeting took place in Lancaster, and in the year 2010 the symposium will be held in the Netherlands. In addition, a small, international group of field runologists holds working meetings on an annual basis. At times other national or international conferences for runologists are organized. Reports from such meetings are published yearly in Nytt om runer. The reports for the preceding year or recent years are published preliminarily immediately below.
