Why the Viking age?
Too many people the Viking age represents a period marked by discoveries, freedom and great challenges
Catoira of Spain
A period when morality was unambiguous and everyone was the master of his own fate. A period when courage, but also honour and wisdom were rewarded. Social rules were simpler then and family honour was all important.
Our time is in perpetual change, it is more complex and everyone is expected to adapt. It is not hard to understand that the idea of life in the Viking age attracts modern man. Not to mention that dressing up, fighting, camping and gathering around the campfire are fun.
