We are looking forward to interesting presentations and abstracts at the InART conference 4–7 June 2024. The registration is open.
Abstract submission
- Abstract submission: 30 May–30 November 2023
- Notification of acceptance: 9 February 2024
Registration opening
- Early bird registration: 10 February–3 April 2024
Oral presentations
- Oral presentations will have a maximum duration of 15 min + max. 5 min Q&A.
- Oral presentations can be in PPTX and PDF format.
- Authors will be asked to upload their presentation in the InART2024 online working space at the latest 24h before their talk. When uploading your talk, you will also have to notify whether the presentation includes multimedia contents. Note that you will still be able to edit the presentation up to 1 hour before your talk.
Poster presentations
- Posters should be printed in A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm)
- The organizers will provide materials for attaching posters
Book of Abstracts
- All accepted contributions will be included in the conference’s Book of Abstracts published in a registered publication volume with ISBN. This will happen after authors complete the conference registration procedure by May 6th 2024.
- By submitting their abstracts, authors explicitly express their consent to publish in the Book of Abstracts.
- The Book of Abstracts will be open and downloadable for free from the conference’s official website.
